We understand financial security is more of a concern than ever. For Volkswagen Credit customers*, we are here to help. Due to high call volumes, however, we highly recommend you please visit the Volkswagen Credit website, log in and view your options for servicing your account.

For new owners:
If you purchase a new Volkswagen and then lose your job due to economic reasons, you may be eligible to have up to 6 payments waived of up to $750. To be eligible, unemployment for a minimum of 30 days must occur after first 90 days of ownership and you must be receiving unemployment benefits from your state. You must also have been employed on a full-time basis for at least 12 consecutive weeks prior to unemployment. Not available in New York at this time. Benefit expires 12 months from date of purchase.**
180 days deferment on your first month’s payment & 0% APR for 72 months on most new VW models.***

We’re making it easier to purchase a vehicle with 0% APR financing for 72 months. And to help ease financial pressures, we’re deferring the first monthly payment for 180 days.

VW dealer employees have been using their loaner fleet of Altas SUVs and other Volkswagen vehicles to deliver supplies to food banks, and other pickup and delivery initiatives. Nationwide, Volkswagen’s network of more than 600 dealers maintain a loaner fleet of nearly 7,000 vehicles, though some dealerships may be closed or working with reduced personnel due to state and local guidelines. All dealers are advised to adhere to local, state and federal health directions and recommendations to ensure the safety of their employees and program participants.
